We service clients from San Diego up to the Bay area, and travel to create destination weddings too! Hi! My name is Cassie and I am the Owner/Principle Planner (aka “boss lady”) of Golden Dot Events. I live in sunny Orange County, California with my husband and two very sweet boys, Wyatt & Nash. Things that make my heart smile include music, travel, makeup, family, organizing, decorating and sleeping in on Sunday mornings. I have always had a passion for planning and design and got my start in the wedding industry over 10 years ago as a Makeup Artist specializing in weddings and special events. Spending time with my brides and their families became something more than just a day job. I believe that every couple has their own unique story to tell, and my passion lies in designing an event that you will look back at and have fond memories of forever.
Hiring Golden Dot Events for our wedding was probably the best decision we made. We met Cassie at the OC Bride Expo and immediately fell in love with her attitude, positivity, and knowledge of the industry. She was very kind to us and wanted to help us have the perfect wedding. In the months before the wedding, she always stayed in contact with us and was there to immediately answer any questions or concerns we had. She also gave us amazing vendor recommendations that we would have not found otherwise (and that saved us hundreds of dollars!). The day of the wedding came and went smoothly, she was extremely attentive, kind to all the guests, and made sure we were everyone's top priority. We also met some of her other team members and they were just as vibrant and intelligent as Cassie. I would highly recommend any member of the Golden Dot.
Cassie and the entire Golden Dot crew planned and coordinated my baby shower and have since also planned my son's 1 year Birthday, and I just booked her to plan my 30th Birthday!! Every event they have planned for me and my family so unforgettable. Cassie is so hands on and listens to every idea and concept you have and so great at executing the event to perfection. She is passionate, sweet, and really treated me and my family like we were her number one priority. I felt like I had my best friend planning my event with me, and I always felt comfortable coming to her with my ideas, she truly was God sent and made the event so special and memorable for everyone! If you are looking for someone who will be their entire heart into your event, this is the coordinator to hire, it is even better to feel and see the love that she puts into her work.

Our overall experience with the Golden Dot team was phenomenal! We felt so lucky to have been able to start working with Cassie from the very beginning of our engagement. My husband and I both work full time, and Cassie was able to handle all of the things that we just didn’t have time for. From scheduling venue visits, tastings and final detail meetings- to giving us input on design and décor along the way, she made us feel like together we were creating the wedding day that Jon and I had always dreamed of. We couldn’t feel more blessed to have worked with such a genuine person who we feel truly cared about making our wedding about US! My husband and I were pressed for time and had some trouble finding a wedding venue that we loved and worked within our budget. Cassie jumped right in and a few weeks later, we had our dream venue! She consulted us along the way and was very helpful with vendor recommendations and day-of logistics. Hiring the gals at Golden Dot Events for our day-of coordination was also one of the best decisions we made. Cassie and her team were very timely, well-managed, professional and they didn’t miss a detail! They made sure everything was exactly in it’s place before the ceremony started.
